Throughout the week, our church members engage with our community to further grow the gospel around our neighbourhood. We have fun and engaging programs for children up to senior members of our community.

Every year, Strathfield Council runs an event during the Spring that attracts over 20,000 people from all across the Inner West and wider Sydney. The day is filled with carnival rides, entertainments, stalls, food, sports displays and more.

We as a church have been involved in the festival for many years, opening up our stall with information, children activities & crafts, soo that we can  engage with the community around us with the gospel.

The Spring festival is followed up by other spring mission events such as International Lunch, Kids Club and special Sunday gatherings.
Keep your eyes out on our website or facebook page for more information on this event.

The Parish organises Kids Club programs during some of our school holidays. They are usually 1-day or 3-day programs with a particular biblical theme. The program consists of games, puppet shows, yummy morning tea and bible based activities.

It is something that will needs a rsvp, and details for this will be advertised on our church website, facebook page and mailed out to our mailing list closer to the date.

If you would like to be part of the mailing list, please send your details through using the enquiry form.

In NSW, Special Legislation gives us, a local church, the privilege of going into three government primary schools around our neighbourhood; teaching the Christian Faith as truth, and explaining the Gospel to the students and exploring the Bible with them. We use the approved curriculum created by Sydney Diocese - ‘ Connect ‘ and our teachers, both members of the paid ministry team and volunteers, are trained and accredited. The SRE lesson is our chance to really connect to the wider community in a supported environment. We can talk about what we believe and say why we believe it.

SRE lessons are about 30 minutes long and occur once a week. Our classes are usually small, with students whose parents have elected for them to have SRE lessons. Classes occur on:
  •     Thursday 9 - l0.30;
  •     Wednesday 11.30 - 1 & 2.00 - 3:30.
  •     Tuesday 11.30 - 1 & 2.00 - 3:30.
For more information please contact info@fields.org.au.
If you would like to support our work in these schools, you can make a tax-deductible donation to the The Trustee For Enfield Anglican Parish Scripture In Government Schools Foundation, ABN 68 102 500 522, which is registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.  Please email scripture@fields.org.au for details of how you can donate.

City Bible Forum is a Christian organisation serving workers in CBDs around Australia, committed to making the discussion of life's challenges and of the Bible accessible for everyday busy workers. The organisation runs regular forums, discussion groups over breakfast, lunch, and after work at many different city venues. For Christians at workplaces, CBF helps them to think through questions on how they can live out Jesus' commands in modern offices, and how they can serve Jesus in the CBD.

Our Parish encourages workers to take part in CBF ministry, and other office ministries, where they can take part in informal discussions, and workplace evangelism.
At church we readily advertise CBF events throughout the year, but if you would like more information on how you can be involved with their ministry visit: https://citybibleforum.org/

Many of our church members have come to know Christ through the work of on campus ministry, and still many of our young university/tertiary education students are benefiting from campus ministries, where regular bible talks, bible study groups, events and forums are held on campus to help students learn and think about Jesus and how knowing him will shape their lives. Further more students are trained to be equiped on how they can serve the Lord in Australia and the world, evangelising in the name of Christ.

In our Parish, we encourage our students to take part in campus ministry, to actively engage in evangelising to other friends and fellow students so that they can grow and go out into the world with the gospel of Jesus.

Some of the campus ministry in Sydney are: Campus Bible Study (UNSW) & Evangelical Union (University of Sydney).
